The Young Professionals Golf Association

If you are reading this you should feel privileged because you are now reading about the hottest craze sweeping the east coast. Some may call it an opportunity for bros to get together, hit a few balls and drink a few brews, but we all know that’s not the case. This is about intense competition, belittling each other’s low T, and mocking each other mercilessly. This is not for the thin-skinned as no one is easily let off the hook. If you want to play with us, you best be prepared.

It all started with a dream, a mere twinkle in David King’s eye. He thought to himself, “What if there was a way that I could get some bros together to play golf in a coordinated way that would allow for camaraderie, competition, and cahoots?”  That dream became a reality in 2017 when the first inaugural season of the Young Professional Golf Association took off in sweeping fashion.

The first season created a spur of newly interested members, and renewed commitments from current members to shape up their games while ignoring their day-to-day lives.  Each year, the YPGA has added new members eager to be part of something special to supplement the boring monotony of their daily lives.  The YPGA gives its members a purpose to wake up each day to better themselves.
